A good preschool teacher is passionate about teaching and loves to work with children. Teachers should develop a good rapport and trusting relationships with their students, as they influence their students’ lives immensely.
Shourya Academy's teachers possess excellent communication skills, and engaging, energetic, and patient personalities. Out of all these great qualities, our teachers remain innovative and up-to-date with knowledge. They evaluate their students’ learning progress – as well as their own teaching methods and lesson planning – on a regular basis. Further, Shourya Academy facilitates regular internal constructive evaluation, feedback, and professional training/workshops for their career development.

Our Primary and Middle Year Program (PYP) Team
Our primary school teachers conduct themselves with responsibility, reliability, and integrity. They thoroughly understand students' individual needs and recognize their talents. They use their personality and experience as a teacher to inspire a passion for learning among the students. They work well with colleagues in a tightly-knit, national team and support each other via team-based educational model development, cooperative lesson planning and evaluation, and the ongoing exchange of ideas. Our teacher's duties also include the preparation, organization, and execution of projects, field trips, class trips, and other extracurricular activities with their students.

Safety in all forms is first for every child.
Care takers of Shourya Academy plays a major part in maintaining cleanliness and a hygienic environment, assisting with timely care for young children and other daily activities of the school. Our School Bus Chauffeurs and security guard are experienced with a very good track record. Further, Shourya Academy also provides orientation on child safety and care and incorporate the best safety measure during transportation.
