Our School Administrative Team.

Our primary school teachers conduct themselves with responsibility, reliability, and integrity. They thoroughly understand students' individual needs and recognize their talents. They use their personality and experience as a teacher to inspire a passion for learning among the students. They work well with colleagues in a tightly-knit, national team and support each other via team-based educational model development, cooperative lesson planning and evaluation, and the ongoing exchange of ideas. Our teacher's duties also include the preparation, organization, and execution of projects, field trips, class trips, and other extracurricular activities with their students. 
They evaluate their students' learning progress – as well as their own teaching methods and lesson planning – on a regular basis. Further, Shourya Academy facilitates regular internal constructive evaluation, feedback, and professional training/workshops for their career development.
