Every parent wants the best for their child, and Shourya Academy aims to give the best to every child.

We collaborate closely with you as parents through regular meetings by informing and advising about your children's progress. We also continue to improve the learning environments by listening to parents' concerns and responding as required.
Safety First
Physical and emotional safety is the highest priority for the child at our school. Whether during child transportation or time on the school campus, we implement advanced technology to monitor the activities by installing CCTV cameras in school and school buses. Further, we have GPS-trackable school buses.
Our school strives to maintain a high standard of ethical behavior and an absence of socio-economical discrimination. Our school staff, including administrative, teaching, and non-teaching staff, are thoroughly trained to maintain and regulate Shourya academy's Safety standards.
Arriving at School
Should arrive between: 8.45- 9.00 AM
The school day ends for:
pre-primary children: 2.00 PM
primary Children: 4.00 PM

When transporting the child from home to the school campus, our trained school bus chauffeurs and care takers help to embark the child into the school bus and, upon arrival at the school campus, to their classroom. Our school principal and the operational manager will govern these activities daily.
During Corona or similar pandemic situations, we follow appropriate and government-recommended regulations to maintain the safety of the child and school staff, including

Monitoring the health conditions of children and timely attention
Uniform
Who you are is more important than what you wear.
School clothing strengthens the sense of community and improves the learning and social environment. Children can develop independently of social origin and fashion trends. They learn that their personality does not depend on fashion and outward appearance and focus on the essentials: the development of their talents and competencies.
School clothing should provide comfort and does not need to be boring and old-fashioned. Therefore, Shourya Academy has made it mandatory to wear tops (t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, etc.) and sports clothing. Further, we recommend school accessories that are carefully designed for specific purposes with quality (school bags, pencil pouches, etc.). This enables us to have a shared school culture.
Holidays & Absence
You must ensure your child gets a full-time education that meets their needs and development.
When your child can miss school
You can only allow your child to miss school if either:

they’re too ill to go in
-
you’ve got advance permission from the school
Holidays in school term time
You have to get permission from the principal to take your child out of school during term time.
You can only do this if:

you make an application to the principal in advance (as a parent the child normally lives with)

there are exceptional circumstances

Parent involvment
Research shows that parent involvement can improve students' behavior, attendance, and achievement. Often, children will need help with their home assignments. The parent's part is to show how exciting and valuable learning can be.
Shourya Academy fosters successful parent involvement.

We conduct parent orientation workshops and other school-based programs to help parents learn about our school mission and what goes on in classrooms.

We conduct regular group and personalized parent-teacher meetings.

Effective communication between school and parents requires a two-way flow of information. Shourya Academy adapts advanced digital technology My Class Campus by the Teachmint platform for effective communication.
